What is covered

A monthly payment per employee is made (an additional joining fee of £20 is due in the first month)
Once joined, each employee receives an enrolment letter
Members of the plan will be entitled to the following treatment:

• 2 visits for check ups per calendar year
• 2 visits for scaling and polishing per calendar year
• All relevant x-rays
• Any emergency treatment suitable for a dental practice
• Fillings to provide dental fitness ( including anterior composites and posterior amalgams)
• Any simple extractions (not including wisdom teeth)
• In addition all members will receive a 25% discount on “other treatment” required
• A maximum of £2000 of “other treatment” per year per employee shall be eligible for the 25% discount
• All members also receive Worldwide dental trauma and emergency call out insurance
